1. Who we are
Krateasy is a sports court booking and management platform operated by Playtomics (Greek IKE). This policy covers the marketing website and the forms embedded within it.
2. What data we collect
Through the player waitlist form: first name, email address, sport preferences, and city. Through the facility registration form: full name, email, phone number, facility name, and current booking challenges.
3. How we use it
- Player waitlist data is used solely to notify you when Krateasy launches in your city.
- Facility registration data is used to contact you about onboarding your facility.
- We do not sell, share, or rent your data to third parties.
4. How forms are handled
Both forms are powered by Tally (tally.so). Submissions are stored on Tally's servers and forwarded to our team. Tally's own privacy policy applies.
5. Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time. Email team@krateasy.pt and we will respond within 30 days.
6. Data retention
Waitlist data is retained until Krateasy launches, at which point you will be notified and given the option to create an account or be removed.
