1. Who we are
Krateasy is a sports court booking and management platform. This policy covers the marketing website at krateasy.com and the waitlist forms embedded within it.
2. What data we collect
Through the player waitlist form, we collect details such as name, email address, sport preferences, and city. Through the facility owner inquiry form, we collect contact and facility details needed to discuss onboarding.
3. How we use it
- Player waitlist data is used to notify you when Krateasy launches in your city.
- Owner inquiry data is used to contact you about listing your facility.
- We do not sell, share, or rent your data to third parties.
- We do not use your data for advertising.
4. How forms are handled
Both forms are powered by Tally. Submissions are stored on Tally's servers and forwarded to our team. Tally's own privacy policy applies to data processed through their platform.
